1. What is Roselle Blooms?

Roselle Blooms is a premium florist brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering luxury floral arrangements and same-day flower delivery services across the UAE.

2. Where are you located?

We are located at  Marasi Dr - Business Bay - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

3. Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 5:00 PM (UAE time).
Orders placed after that will be delivered the next business day.

4. Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, our delivery service is limited to within the United Arab Emirates.
For special international requests, please contact us via email at info@roselleblooms.com

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
Online payment options (credit/debit cards) will be added soon for your convenience.

6. How much is the delivery charge?

  • Free delivery for all orders above AED 500.
  • A flat AED 30 delivery fee applies for orders below AED 500.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before 5:00 PM on the same day of placing the order.
If the order is already prepared or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will replace the product or offer store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Absolutely! All our bouquets are made from 100% fresh and handpicked flowers, carefully prepared by our professional florists just before delivery.

11. Do you provide customized flower arrangements?

Yes, we offer custom-made floral designs for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events.

12. Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order any product listed on our website.
